What Does Tele-therapy look like?

Just like the picture above. I'm on my computer screen, and you are on your screen and we have a live session.

What Is The Hourly Rate

Each therapist has a different rate based on their licensing.

Mira's rate is 200.00

Consultation

We offer a brief consultation, so you can decide if we are a good fit for you.

Do you offer Teletherapy?

Currently, we are only providing teletherapy. No in person services, but you are always welcome to check back.

What can I expect in therapy?

We meet you where you are. We  spend a few sessions getting to know you and listening to what brought you into therapy, We talk about treatment goals, and focused on what you need most.

Therapy is not meant to be forever, and we want to focus on things that matter most to you.

We will introduce interventions based off your concerns and strengths, whether they are reading, writing or art therapy.

What is your approach to therapy?

This is an important question for you to know about your therapist! I come from a warm, compassionate and non-judgmental standpoint. I know each of us have common themes in our lives, but your experience is unique and specific to you. I have a therapy "toolbox" that I am constantly adapting and updating to fit each client’s individual needs.

Some therapeutic lenses I pull from are:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Existential Therapy and EMDR.

 How long does therapy last?

Our intention is not to keep you in therapy longer then you needed. Therapy is meant to support you, and that time depends entirely on your specific situation.

Meditation

"Sometimes in order to look ahead, we need to take a step back and see an unpleasant situation through a different lens. Hopefully then, we can step forward again courageously."
