Grief

 

Your at a loss. Some days are good, and you think your headed in the right direction, and then all of a sudden... someone says the smallest thing, and it hits you the wrong way. Puts you in tears, and your spiraling down. What happened? I thought everything was getting better. Now what? You miss someone who passed and all you want to do is hug them one last time. Tell them how much they mean to you. It’s not fair. Why did this happen? Or maybe your getting a divorce and your feeling stuck. You don’t know how to move forward.

I get it.

You want to feel like you again, or even a better version of yourself. You’ve been caring for others for so long, that you don’t even know who “you” are. You just want to feel motivated and happy. You want to enjoy some of the things you used to do. You want to try new things and not be afraid. Your looking for that something, that can help heal your heart.
